So if no one downloaded it or mirrored it someplace, it's probably gone for good. It probably was only downloadable for the time 29.0.0.171 was current, then was taken away, in true Adobe fashion. Is this something that just does not exist anymore? I'm guessing it is and I am completely out of luck. Is there anything - a Google Drive link or something like that - that has old Flash versions? Again, I specifically need the standalone Flash projector - flashplayer_29_sa.exe - version 29.0.0.171. Thanks very much Adobe for taking away this resource. The Adobe Flash archive - has been decommissioned. Every single link just ends up going to the Adobe Flash download page, which will only download the latest version. Gnash is part of the GNU project, which makes it a free and open-source flash player. It is a stand-alone player for desktops as well as a plugin for several browsers. I have spent the past two hours searching Google, DuckDuck Go,, etc., all to no avail. Gnash media player is the best and free Adobe Flash Player alternative for playing SWF files. For technical and other development reasons, I am specifically needing the Adobe Flash Standalone Projector - flashplayer_29_sa.exe - version 29.0.0.171.
